Corfu is a beautiful island, from it’s rugged mountains to it’s crystal clear coast, it definitely worth spending some time here exploring before the sailing gets underway. If you’re only here for the morning, be sure to check out Corfu town and it’s 2 Venetian fortresses and the grand palace before you meet the rest of your group and set sail that afternoon.
Sail to St Stefanos
Your first stop on tour will be in the horseshoe bay of St Stefanos. It’s here you’ll get a taste of what’s to come the rest of the week with an afternoon of swimming and paddleboard and you get acquainted with your new friends. Once you’re worn out from splashing about, we’ll recharge with a meal in an authentic Greek taverna before you put on your dancing shoes.
Sail to Plataria
The traditional town of Plataria – and another Greek feast – awaits us later today, but first it’s try to see how you’d fare at being skipper on the boat. Providing there’s no re-enactments of the Titanic, you’ll then get to enjoy the surrounding bay and mysterious caves at your own pace.
Sail to Lakka
One of the undoubted highlights of the week is your trip to Lakka – you may not have heard of this small village before, but you certainly won’t forget it after today. A gorgeous place, lined with lush olive trees and surrounded by secluded bays. The clear waters make for a divers paradise so grab your gear and discover the hidden treasures of the Ionian Sea.
Sail to Gaios
A change of pace as you dock in the main port of Paxos and into the largest and liveliest village on the island. Wander round the small streets, admire the surrounding green countryside or head for a lazy afternoon on the beach. Whatever you do, make sure you don’t miss the chance to try some of the best and freshest sea food this region has to offer.
Sail to Parga
Parga is one of the most stunning villages in the Ionian. A lovely town, full of charm, excellent bars, restaurants, and boutique shops all set among a backdrop of a Venetian castle and colourful houses. This is definitely one for the Instagrammers among you!
Sail to Iggy Beach
The last full day on tour has to be a beach day, doesn’t it? Iggy Beach, a true hidden gem, is the perfect place to try out some new watersports or an afternoon of beach volleyball. As the sun goes down and the bright stars start to come out, we’ll light up the beach bonfire and BBQ and reflect on what’s been an incredible week.
Sail to Gouvia
A couple of final swim stops for good measure before you head back to Corfu by mid-afternoon. A lot has happened since you were last here a week ago: new friends, new experiences, and a whole lot of new and amazing memories.
