After a few unforgettable days in Barcelona, make your way to the next stop on your journey: Valencia. Don’t miss out on Valencia’s culinary scene, celebrated for its paella, a dish that originated in the region, and the best paella you will ever find…
Next, make your way to Málaga, where the sparkling azure waters of the Mediterranean will beckon you to relax on its beautiful beaches. Continue along the coast, entering Portugal, you will find Faro nestled amongst the Algarve. Faro stands as a hidden gem, inviting travellers to experience an authentic taste of Portuguese coastal living. Wander down cobbled streets lined with orange trees, smell the blooming Jacaranda flowers and indulge in Portugal’s famous tart, Pastel de Nata. In Faro, you will be able to find an abundance of beautiful old buildings, artwork, and azulejos.
Head through to Lagos, where you will be mesmerised by the golden beaches, dramatic cliffs, and the flavors of Portuguese cuisine. Lagos’ beaches offer both relaxation and adventure, whether sunbathing or trying out water sports. Walk along the coastal cliffs to see sea arches, coves and turquoise shorelines. At Praia do Pinhao, you can walk all the way to the famous Ponta da Piedade, a magnificent trail capturing the epic limestone formations.
