Day 1

Arrive in San Sebastián for the beginning of your journey. Following a tour of the city and lunch, a luxury coach will transport you to Bilbao, where El Transcantábrico Train awaits. La Hermida Gorge, Northern Spain

After breakfast, you’ll set off for the town of Potes by coach, journeying through the breathtaking La Hermida Gorge. Following a visit to this charming Cantabrian town, you’ll have the opportunity to unwind in the serene natural hot baths in the hills. Lunch will be served. In the afternoon, you’ll explore a vibrant and ingenious 19th-century mansion designed by Antonio Gaudí in Comillas. Enjoy dinner and spend the night aboard in Cabezón de la Sal.

Day 4

Llanes, Northern Spain

Start your day with a visit to the Cave of Altamira, with the chance to explore the museum there which features an authentic reproduction of the prehistoric cave art found within the delicate cave complex. From there, you will travel to the small town of Santillana del Mar , with its meticulously preserved medieval historic center. After lunch, you will return to the train, journeying into the Asturian countryside on your way to Llanes. Dinner will be served on board, and you will spend the night in Llanes.

Covadonga, Northern Spain

Following a delightful breakfast, you will embark on a journey by coach to the heart of Asturias, exploring the Picos de Europa National Park, Covadonga Lakes, Sanctuary, and Cangas de Onís. In the afternoon, you will continue your adventure with the group in Oviedo, with a city tour, a delicious dinner, and an overnight stay in Oviedo.

Day 6

Luarca, Northern Spain

Enjoy a tour and lunch in Gijón. In the afternoon, as you arrive in Luarca, immerse yourself in the charm of “the white village of the green coast”, a beautiful coastal fishing town that is known for its striking architecture. Spend the night in Luarca after dinner.
