We match you based on your quiz results. That means people aged within 5 years of you with similar interests. You also have the option to travel only in a group of your gender. We also look at your travel preferences so, for example, if you want to travel in June for a week in Western Europe, we will match you with a group that wants to do the same.
This depends on your preferences. The more flexible that you can be the greater are the chances for a match. We will then recommend a route for you leaving on a set date on a specific itinerary.
As soon as you are matched to a group, we will send you details of the proposed trip so that includes: the exact dates and locations, the accommodation type and the price. If you like the sound of it, you pay a 10% deposit to confirm. The group then has 14 days to pay their deposits to confirm their place. At this point, if we do not get at least 4 people on the trip then we return your deposit or alternatively we can wait a little longer for someone else to join (it is up to you). You will always receive your deposit back if we do not meet the minimum number of 4 people at the point that your full balance is due (90 days before the trip).
2 Weeks before the trip we will create a Whatsapp group for you to connect and introduce yourselves. You will then meet the group for real on the first day of the trip!
No, this is not a guided group tour so there is no tour leader. You will be travelling with other people very similar to you and you are responsible for yourself. Just like any of our independent trips, you will receive a personalised travel pack containing all your tickets, accommodation details, directions and access to our 24 assistance number.
People just like you. Literally. Because they have completed the same quiz as you and we have put you together based on your personality and preferences. That does not mean that we put all introverts together though – quite the opposite, its important to have a variety of people in a group to keep things interesting.
The majority of people will get a match but if for some reason you don´t then we have some options. You can either:

No, this goes against the spirit of the trip. We match you with people similar to you in age and preferences to maximise the chance of having a good time. It is part of the fun, knowing you are about to meet a bunch of strangers that are all there for the same reason you are! Remember it is up to you how much time you spend with your group. Just like our regular group tours, people are free to hang out with the group as much or as little as they like. You are free to come and go as you please.
It is open to everyone aged 18 years or over at the time of travel. We only match you with people within 5 years of your age. So if you are 30 years old you could have people aged 25 to 35 years old in your group.
While the idea is to meet new people, by no means do you need to spend the entire time with the group. What we love about the Euroventure travel style is that you can hang out with your new friends as much or as little as you like! Maybe one day you all decide to do a walking tour together, but the next, you spend a day in a cafe with a good book!
Yes, the maximum group size is 8 people and the minimum is 4. We find that this is the best size group for you to get to know each other.
We hope to match everyone within one month but we will keep you updated if it looks like it may take a little longer. You can unsubscribe from the service at any time and also look to book any of our regular trips or group tours whenever you like.
